Above is our idea board, sample pictures of what is to come.  We are currently going over tons of plans and creative ideas for  a great common area which will include outdoor kitchen, pathways with beautiful landscaping, water features, fire-pit.  Spaces  for friends to gather and visit or for a quite time alone to sit and watch the beautiful Arkansas River.
